I made Botamochi, which is a springtime treat made with sweet rice ( made with Brown rice and no sugar added, at this time.) and sweet azuki (red bean) paste.
Big difference in temperature between this and last week... A week ago, temperature was 72 °F, it was almost summer. Yesterday, we got the first of the spring gales. This morning, temperature was 30 °F.... OMG....
