It's been while...!!

Hello Hello Hello !!
We keep our health eating brown rice " GENMAI " and a lot of VEGETABLE.

We quit meat. (+ Egg, Dairy products and Sugar : Only Me)

We love Macrobiotic. But we are not Macrobian, Vegan, Vegetarian.
We only have meat and fish when we really wont it !!
