HAPPY NEW YEAR 2010 !!!
I made " OSECHI "[OSECHI-RYORI]
it's a Japanese tradition to eat osechi-ryori through the new year's holidays (until Jan 3.)
Traditionally, ppl finish cooking osechi dishes by new year's Eve ( I couldn't.. hahaha ) so that they have food for a couple days without cooking. Most of the dishes can last a couple days in the refrigerator or at cool room temperature.
wow! your osechi box looks amazing!! i cannot believe there is someone like you living not so far away from where i live. btw, i am thinking to sign up the delivery service from urban organic, and would like to use your name and e-mail as a reference. i think you can get a free box every time you refer to someone. if you could e-mail me, i would appreciate it. akariinoguchi*gmail.com (please switch * to @) thanks.
